UTICA, Mich. – Lamar Briggs homered and drove in three runs and to power the Westside Woolly Mammoths (7-4) to a 3-1 win over the Birmingham Bloomfield Beavers (3-10) in game two of Saturday’s doubleheader at Jimmy John’s Field Right-handed pitcher Johnny Breidenthal picked up his first win with the Mammoths, working the fourth inning, allowing no runs, hits or walks.
