UTICA, Mich. – Ryan Dobson hit a two-run home run in the seventh inning and right-handed pitcher Matt Cronin pitched 7.0 innings, allowing one run and striking out 10 as the Westside Woolly Mammoths defeated the Utica Unicorns, 7-2, on Thursday night at Jimmy John’s Field. JaVon Shelby hit his fourth home run of the season and Ethan Wiskur had 3 RBIs on the night. Leading the Unicorns at the plate was Jimmy Latona, going 2-for-3 with one run scored. RHP Ty Hensley tossed the 6.0 innings, allowing one run and striking out seven.
