UTICA, Mich. – Coleton Horner went 3-for-3 and drove in one run to lead the Eastside Diamond Hoppers (16-13) to a 5-0 win over the Westside Woolly Mammoths (15-17) on Friday night at Jimmy John’s Field. RHP Andrew Verbrugge threw 3.0 scoreless innings in relief and struck out five for the win. Felix Aberouette added a 1-for-4 performance at the plate with one home run. Aberouette has now hit a home run in three consecutive games for the Hoppers.
