Championship Weekend, presented by OUR Credit Union, gets underway this Friday night, Sept. 6th, as the No. 3 seeded Birmingham Bloomfield Beavers (23-24-2) take on the No. 4 seeded Eastside Diamond Hoppers (18-29-2) at Jimmy John’s Field in historic downtown Utica. First pitch is slated for 7:05 p.m., and gates open at 6. There will be fireworks immediately following the game, sponsored by Metro by T-Mobile.
