Box Score | Photo Gallery UTICA, Mich. – Right-handed pitcher Tyler Palm (2-1) threw 5.0 strong innings, allowing one run and struck out seven, and Josh McAdams went 3-for-5 and drove in a run to lead the Eastside Diamond Hoppers (6-3) to an 8-2 victory over the Westside Woolly Mammoths (5-3) on Saturday night at Jimmy John’s Field. The Hoppers ended the Mammoths’ five-game winning streak, while pushing their winning streak to five. Johnny Knight IV, Chris Mangus and Sebastian Diaz each finished 2-for-5 to help lead the offensive cause for the Hoppers. LHP Devon Alexander worked 4.0 scoreless innings in relief, striking out seven, to earn the save. Leading the Woolly Mammoths at the plate was Tommy Fuessel, going 3-for-4 in the game. RHP Travis McQueen (1-2) made the start for the Mammoths, throwing 4.0 innings, allowing four runs and two earned runs.
