A six-game schedule Tuesday night featured some late rallies that turned into wins and a couple of high-scoring contests as well. Read more about how each game unfolded here: The Tri-City ValleyCats beat the New York Boulders 8-3 after a four-run inning and a pair of late runs. Brad Zunica got the scoring right away, singling home the game’s first run in the first inning for the ValleyCats. The next inning, New York’s Ryan Ramiz scored on an error by the second baseman after a single by Phil Caulfield and tied the game 1-1. In the third, Tri-City plated four runs. Denis Phipps, Oscar Campos, and Zunica each singled home runs, and Carson McCusker brought a run home with a sacrifice fly to make it 5-1 ValleyCats after three.
