Thunderbolts to Host Bandits In Battle Of The Sexes Softball Game

CRESTWOOD, Ill.- It’s back! The Windy City ThunderBolts and the Chicago Bandits of National Pro Fastpitch are proud to announce their 4th annual “Battle of the Sexes” Fastpitch Softball game at Standard Bank Stadium on Monday, July 31st at 7:05 p.m. This season the Bandits will host a two hour youth fastpitch clinic before the game for all softball players ages 7 to 14. There will be an additional charge to the clinic and a ticket to the game is required. The Chicago Bandits are entering their 13th season in the National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) and are the current two-time defending champions. The Bandits have entertained the area with the best softball players in the world since 2005. Dozens of Olympians from around the world have played with the Bandits and in NPF, including Olympians Jennie Finch and Monica Abbott.
