O’FALLON, MO – The day is finally here! The Rascals 2017 season begins against the Normal Cornbelters Friday, May 12th – Sunday, May 14th. Celebrate the return of baseball in O’Fallon at CarShield Field on their brand new synthetic turf field! Rascals Opening Weekend is presented by Mercy; fans are invited out to the ballpark to experience the new turf, new concession stands, and meet the new and returning faces on the Rascals roster as they begin their journey to another Frontier League Championship. Friday, May 12th @ 6:35 PM – Opening Night presented by Mercy Be the first to see the Rascals take the field on the new synthetic turf, taste new food and beverage items such as the Bypass Sandwich at the Treadmill Grill, the $2 Mystery Beer Stand and our new Wine Slushy’s in Raskies Bar and Lounge. A Budweiser Clydesdale will be on site for photo opportunities for all fans in attendance and children will have the opportunity to get their face painted on the concourse and run the bases after the game.
