RASCALS ADVANCE TO FRONTIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES… AGAIN

O’Fallon, Missouri – Back-to-back-to-back … the River City Rascals are headed to the Frontier League Championship Series for the third consecutive year. The quest to win the second Frontier League Championship in Rascals history begins this week against the Evansville Otters. Tuesday night the Rascals will make their way to Evansville, Indiana for the first two games in this five game series. Games three and four will be held at CarShield Field on Friday, September 16th and Saturday, September 17th. First pitch for both games will be at 6:35PM. Game five if necessary, will be back in Evansville. The Rascals have now advanced to six of the last eight Frontier League Championship Series. “It’s truly amazing what this team has accomplished in the last three seasons,” said Rascals President Dan Dial. “They have gone through so much adversity all year and showed a lot of heart fighting their way into the playoffs. I know more than anything they want to bring a championship home to our fans, and the best way to help them is to pack CarShield Field.” Rascals’ playoff tickets are available now.
