Friday night featured plenty of scoring, both late and early in games. In case you missed anything, here is a quick recap to get you caught up: The Florence Y’alls scored eight runs across the first three innings to beat the Gateway Grizzlies 8-4. The first inning saw Florence score four runs. Chad Sedio hit an RBI double and later scored along with Joe Lytle on an error that allowed Axel Johnson to reach first. Jordan Brower followed with an RBI groundout that plated Johnson for the 4-0 advantage. Three more came around in the second. Sedio singled home a run and Lytle doubled home two more to make it 7-0 Y’alls.
