JOLIET, IL– The Normal CornBelters have agreed to forfeit the second game from the double header played against the Joliet Slammers presented by ATI Physical Therapy on Sunday, May 15 at the CornCrib in Normal, IL after it was deemed the CornBelter’s had been using an illegal player. Normal has agreed to forfeit the one game in which the player appeared and the CornBelters won this season. Joliet was the opposition in this game. This change can only be made by the tech support team at Pointstreak, and it will take up to 48 hours for the change to be reflected on the public site. All player statistics from this game will remain in place. About the Joliet Slammers: The Joliet Slammers presented by ATI Physical Therapy play at Silver Cross Field in downtown Joliet, Illinois, and are members of the professional, independent Frontier League.
