It was a busy Memorial Day that was full of baseball, including two doubleheaders. Here is a recap of how every game unfolded: Washington picked up a series win against the Lake Erie Crushers with a 7-1 win in Avon. It was the first professional start for Ryan Hennen, and he threw five innings while giving up just one run and one hit. He also struck out eight batters in the start. The one hit he did allow was a solo home run to Bryan De La Rosa in the second inning. The Wild Things began the scoring in the first with a Bralin Jackson RBI single and a John Sansone sacrifice fly. In the second, Jackson brought home another run with an RBI single, and Grant Heyman hit a single to bring home a fourth run. Heyman had three hits including a triple. Sansone added a run with a…
