Sauget, Ill. – As the franchise embarks on its 16th season in the Frontier League, the Gateway Grizzlies Radio Network will air on multiple terrestrial signals and digital platforms for the team’s radio broadcasts during the 2016 season. 1400 AM KJFF will once again carry the majority of games, while 1570 AM/94.3 FM WBGZ will air select games throughout the upcoming season. Every game can be heard online or via any mobile device by visiting www.GatewayGrizzlies.com/Radio. Sam Levitt returns as the “Voice of the Grizzlies” and lead play-by-play broadcaster on the Grizzlies Radio Network. The 24-year-old, who calls college basketball on radio and television during the offseason, enters his third season as part of the Grizzlies’ announcing crew and will broadcast all 96 regular season games. Matt Sabados joins Levitt during broadcasts at home. “This will be another terrific season with the organization and I expect that the Grizzlies Radio Network will continue to grow,” Levitt said. “I take enormous pride in the quality of our broadcasts and every season is a chance to improve on what we have accomplished in the past,” he said.
