Gateway Grizzlies catcher Andres Regnault and Florence Y’alls right-hander Kevin Hahn have won this week’s Player and Pitcher of the Week, respectively. These awards are chosen by Pointstreak, who is the official statistical provider of the Frontier League. Regnault is Gateway’s first Player of the Week Award winner this season. Regnault’s four home runs—one in each of the last four games—were the most in the league this week. His ten RBIs were also the best in the league. He was second in the league in batting average over the last seven days, hitting .471 in five games played, and his eight hits and five runs scored also ranked among the league’s best. The 22-year-old is in his first season with the Gateway Grizzlies in the Frontier League.
