A pair of doubleheaders and some great pitching performances highlighted Saturday night’s games in the Frontier League. Read more about each game that took place with a quick recap: The Florence Y’alls defeated the Windy City ThunderBolts 8-4. Windy City scored first in the second inning on a groundout from Jack Strunc. Connor Crane doubled home a run in the third to tie the game for the Y’alls, and Connor Perry followed with a two-run single. Joe Lytle added a run on a groundout, Jordan Brower added a run on a double play ball, and Connor Perry doubled home two runs in the fourth to make it 7-1 Y’alls.
