The building of a spring training roster continues for the Quebec Capitales. This time, the organization announces the return of Connor Panas, who had been to the 2019 edition of the team for twenty games. It is with an impressive track record that Panas will join the Capitales for a second stay in the Old Capital. Connor Panas’ run through the affiliate ranks began in 2015 when the Toronto Blue Jays made him their 9th-round pick. A Toronto native, Panas was drafted following his senior season at Canisius College in Buffalo. While at Canisius, Panas was named Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Male Student Athlete of the Year for 2014 and 2015, an ABCA/Rawlings Division I Third-Team All-American in 2014 and 2015, and a Capital One Academic All-American in 2015.
