Tuesday’s action was highlighted by a number of late rallies. Read more about each game here: In game one of what was supposed to be a doubleheader, the New Jersey Jackals took down the Tri-City ValleyCats 8-4 after the game was called due to weather after six innings of play. The ValleyCats were able to jump ahead in the first inning, with Chris Kwitzer doubling home the game’s first run, and Brad Zunica hitting a sacrifice fly to score Kwitzer. Josh Rehwaldt tied the game with a two-run homer in the second for the Jackals. Tri-City’s Willy Garcia hit a two-run single to put them back in front, but New Jersey answered right back with a five-run bottom of the fifth. Dalton Combs and Justin Wylie each hit RBI singles, Stanley Espinal hit an RBI double, and Demetrius Moorer followed with a two-run double to make it 7-4 Jackals. Wylie…
