BOULDERS ADD FORMER LSU TIGER BROUSSARD TO FOLD

Rockland County, NY – The New York Boulders of the Frontier League announced today the signing of former Louisiana State University second baseman Brandt Broussard. Broussard is expected to compete for a starting job either in the outfield or third base for the Boulders. “From a very young age it was always a dream of mine to play professional baseball,” Broussard said. “I’m incredibly excited to get that opportunity with the New York Boulders.” He continued, “I’ve heard nothing but good things about the organization and am excited to pursue a championship with them.” Broussard, 24, played two seasons at LSU (2018-2019) and appeared in 106 games over the two years with the Tigers, starting 97, mostly at second base.
