BOOMERS TO HOST AKIEM HICKS CHARITY SOFTBALL GAME

The inaugural Akiem Hicks Charity Softball Game will be held at Schaumburg Boomers Stadium at 5:05pm on Saturday, June 15. Individual tickets for the game are available online at boomersbaseball.com and can be purchased at Boomers Stadium starting Monday, March 13th. Akiem Hicks will be joined by his teammates and Chicago legends as they battle it out on the diamond for charity on June 15. “Very excited to be announcing the 1st ever Akiem Hicks Charity Softball Game where we will have the Defense taking on the Offense in a softball game. This is something I participated in back in my early years playing for the Saints and it was a great day for the team and fans. I always I wanted to bring the game to Chicago since I got here so I am excited to finally make it happen. It’s going to be a great day out at Schaumburg Boomers Stadium for the fans and their families. On top of the game we will also have a homerun derby between teammates. I am excited to see who wins that since I already know the Defense has the real game locked down! Hope everyone can make it out for a great day…
