JOLIET, IL – With the final game of the Slammers/Grizzlies series under way, the Slammers sent Tyler Jandron and crew to the field with hopes to secure another series win. Today’s game also marked the final home game of the six game home stand at DuPage Medical Group Field. After a comeback in the bottom of the ninth inning to tie up the game. Lane Baremores’ walk off RBI single in the bottom of the 10th gave the Slammers the 5-4 win. With the first two innings going scoreless, the Slammers came up to the plate in the bottom of the third and chalked up a run on the board. With his first hit in professional baseball, Terry Daniels drove in Tyler Depreta-Johnson for an RBI single giving Joliet an 1-0 lead. The 1-0 lead set by the Slammers wouldn’t last long as the Grizzlies put three marks on the board…
