WASHINGTON, PA – The first place Brilliance Sox took on the 2nd place and rival Road Warrior Black Sox in todays second Empire League Series matchup featuring starters Max Maarleveld for the Sox and Zack Leblanc for the Road Warrior. The Road Warrior Sox came out swinging scoring 5 runs in the top of the 1st inning. They would score one more in the top of the 2nd inning and add 2 more in the 4th on a RBI single by Omar Artsen to make the score 8-0 in favor of the Black Sox. Zac Leblanc would cruise through the Brilliance Sox as he went 5.2 Innings not allowing a single run, just one hit striking out 5 batters and taking the victory.
