Craig Breslow has pitched in 539 major league games since his days with the New Jersey Jackals 13 years ago re-launched what could have been a short professional career, and now this 36-year-old lefthander will have an opportunity to keep adding to that impressive total.Faced with a deadline Monday in which Breslow could have gone elsewhere if not added to Minnesota’s 40-man roster, the Twins acted and thereby virtually assured themselves of the onetime Yale star being in their bullpen come Opening Day.
