TISSENBAUM NAMED PLAYER OF THE WEEK

The official statistician of the Can-Am League, Pointstreak, has announced that Quebec Capitales INF Maxx Tissenbaum (pictured) has been named this week’s Pointstreak Player of the Week for the week ending July 30. Tissenbaum was 7-for-15 (.467) this week, hitting two doubles, two home runs and driving in seven. He began his week by playing in the Can-Am League/American Association All-Star Game on Tuesday in Ottawa, a 3-2 Can-Am League win.
