Sussex County starting pitcher Andres Santiago (pictured) tossed seven solid innings in leading the Miners to a 6-2 win over the Ottawa Champions. Santiago notched his second win of the season as he allowed two walks and six hits while striking out eight batters.Elsewhere, Trois-Rivieres beat Rockland, 3-1 and Quebec-New Jersey were postponed due to rain. Doubleheader is scheduled for Saturday.
