RED-HOT TISSENBAUM NAMED PLAYER OF THE MONTH

The official statistician of the Can-Am League, Pointstreak, has announced that Quebec Capitales INF Maxx Tissenbaum (pictured) has been named the league’s Rawlings Player of the Month for the month of July. Tissenbaum enjoyed a memorable month, which included two Pointstreak Player of the Week nods (the weeks ending July 16 and 30) and a spot on the Can-Am League All-Star team for the July 25 Can-Am League/American Association All-Star Game in Ottawa. Tissenbaum was 36-for-91 (.396) this month, collecting five doubles, six home runs and 22 RBI.
