The Quebec Capitales earned their ninth win of the year defeating the Rockland Boulders by a final score of 2-1. On the mound, Jasvir Rakkar (pictured) earned his second win of the year throwing six innings, surrendering just one earned run on six hits while reliever Jon Fitzsimmons earned the save for throwing a scoreless ninth inning. In other league action, New Jersey defeated Trois-Rivieres 5-1 and Ottawa defeated the Sussex County 8-2.
