The most successful base stealer in major-league history, OF Tim Raines was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame on Wednesday, along with C Ivan Rodriguez and 1B Jeff Bagwell.After his playing career, Raines has managed and coached at a variety of levels, including for the Newark Bears, when the club was in the Can-Am League in 2011.
