The Jackals hit three home runs in an 8-2 rain-shortened win over the Champions on Wednesday afternoon. Already leading 4-1 in the third, RF Ryan Retz connected on a two-run blast to extend the advantage to 6-1. 1B Richard Stock and C Adam Martin joined the long ball parade with back-to-back shots in the fifth. LHP Isaac Pavlik (pictured) struck out six over six innings, earning the win and notching his 1,000th career Can-Am League strikeout.
