PAVLIK NAMED PITCHER OF THE WEEK

The official statistician of the Can-Am League, Pointstreak, has announced that New Jersey Jackals’ RHP Isaac Pavlik (pictured) has been named this week’s Pointstreak Pitcher of the Week for the week ending May 22nd. On May 21, Pavlik was masterful in the Jackals’ 3-2 victory over the Ottawa Champions. The southpaw earned the win on the mound shutting out the Champions for 6.1 innings, and striking out six hitters, while allowing just four hits.
