Durham, N.C. — The contract of Quebec Capitales LHP Jordan Mills has been purchased by the Washington Nationals organization, the Can-Am League announced on Wednesday.The Shingle Springs, Calif., native was outstanding in his first season with the Capitales, going 6-0 with a 1.96 ERA, making 41 of his 44 appearances out of the bullpen. The 44 appearances were a Quebec franchise record.
