The Boulders extended their league-best record, winning on Friday night to improve their record to an outstanding 31-10 on the year. RF Mike Montville (pictured) got the ball rolling in the second, stealing home to make it 1-0, en route to a 7-5 win.Elsewhere, the Jackals and Champions split their doubleheader, with the Champions winning the first game 5-2 and the Jackals winning the second contest 4-3. The Miners beat the Capitales in the first leg of their doubleheader 2-0, but the Capitales steamrolled them in the second game 11-2.
