Pomona, N.Y. — The Rockland Boulders announced on Tuesday that the Miami Marlins have purchased the contract of infielder Junior Arrojo. He will be assigned to the Marlins’ expanded spring training team in Jupiter, before moving on to High-A Jupiter of the Florida State League.Arrojo is the Boulders’ career record holder for batting average (.313), walks (128), hit by pitch (89), career stolen bases (93) and on base percentage (.435).
