Quebec SS Jonathan Malo (pictured) singled home C Adam Ehrlich with the go-ahead run in the bottom of the eighth inning as the Capitales edged by the New Jersey Jackals by a 9-8 score. Malo had a pair of hits on the night along with two RBI and two runs scored.In other league action, Sussex County beat Trois-Rivieres, 5-1 and Rockland defeated Ottawa, 4-1.
