Former New Jersey and Rockland outfielder Leandro Castro’s explosive offensive season is continuing during the Mexican League playoffs.The 27-year-old, who ranked second in the regular-season batting race (.347), helped Los Mochis get off to a fast start in their playoff series against Culiacan Wednesday before more than 11,000 fans when he homered as part of a 3-for-3, two-runs batted in game in the 5-0 triumph. He also had a sacrifice fly.
