The Capitales took the first lead of the night in the top of the fourth inning as C Adam Ehrlich reached on an error to allow 1B Jordan Lennerton to score. DH Kalian Sams scored later in the inning as SS Yordan Manduley bounced out to second. The Jackals tied the score in the fifth when SS Max Casper scored as 2B Rylan Sandoval reached on an error and 3B Yariel Vargas (pictured), who went 3-for-4, scored when DH Brian Burgamy grounded out. In the ninth, the Jackals loaded up the bases with a single, a hit by pitch and a walk. After Sandoval struk out, Burgamy drew a walk to score PR Johnny Bladel for the game-winning run.Elsewhere, the Miners topped the Boulders 6-2 and the Aigles and the Champions were rained out.
