The New Jersey Jackals jumped out to an early 5-0 lead and would have to hold on late to beat the Rockland Boulders, 10-7. There was lots of offense in this contest as both teams combined for 17 runs on 30 hits. New Jersey had seven batters with multi-hit games including 3B Taylor Brennan (pictured) who went 3-for-5 with a home run, two runs scored and five RBI. The rest of today’s action is under the lights. Sussex County visits Quebec and Ottawa hosts Trois-Rivieres.
