The Jackals blasted their way past the Aigles on Wednesday afternoon at Yogi Berra Stadium, taking a 14-8 win. New Jersey broke the game open with an eight-run fifth inning, an offensive output that included 2B Rylan Sandoval hitting his seventh home run of the season. An inning earlier, 3B Taylor Brennan (pictured) connected for his eighth long ball of the year. Four Jackals, including Sandoval, had two hits on the day, while Brennan drove in a team-high three runs.
