Durham, N.C. — Quebec Capitales RHP Karl Gélinas is the Can-Am League’s Pitcher of the Week for the week ending July 10, as selected by Poinstreak, the league’s official statistician.Gélinas had a pair of excellent starts over strong opponents on the week, defeating Rockland on Tuesday and throwing eight shutout innings against New Jersey on Sunday. The wins improved his record this season to 5-1, tying him for third in the league in victories.
