Capitales 2B Scott David (pictured) drove in all four of the Capitales’ runs, and Quebec held off the Champions for a 4-3 win on Tuesday. David collected a two-RBI single to open the scoring in the top of the fourth, and came up again in the sixth and repeated the feat. Elsewhere, Rockland swept a doubleheader from Sussex County 8-5 and 5-2, while the Cuban National Team beat Trois-Rivieres 5-2 and Shikoku Island topped New Jersey 6-4 in 11 innings.
