AUGUST 20 LEAGUE RECAP Quebec 4, Ottawa 1 (Suspended/Power Outage – Top 6) The game between Quebec and Ottawa was suspended due to a power outage with the Capitales leading 4-1 in the top of the sixth inning. The contest will be completed on Tuesday, August 21 followed by the regularly scheduled game. Fans can watch all Can-Am League games live and for free at www.canamleague.tv.
