CAPITALES OUTLAST AIGLES IN WILD AFFAIR

The Quebec Capitales jumped ahead 5-0 after just a half inning of play and would go on to outlast the Trois-Rivieres Aigles by the score of 15-10. This contest was a wild affair as both teams combined to score 25 runs on 32 hits with 12 of them going for extra bases. Capitales CF Kalian Sams (pictured) and 1B Jordan Lennerton put on quite a show as they combined to go 5-for-11 at the plate with three home runs (2 by Sams), four runs scored and nine RBI. In other league action, Rockland swept a doubleheader from Ottawa (5-3/GM1 & 3-2/GM2).
