CAPITALES, JACKALS SPLIT DOUBLEHEADER

The Quebec Capitales and New Jersey Jackals split a doubleheader. In game one, Quebec tallied two runs in the top of the sixth inning to take the lead for good and beat New Jersey, 2-1. In game two, the Jackals scored five runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to overcome a 2-1 deficit and beat the Capitales, 6-4. Jackals 3B Taylor Brennan (pictured) led the way offensively going 2-for-3 with a home run, two runs scored and three RBI.In other Can-Am League action, Ottawa-Sussex County were suspended due to rain in the top of the fifth inning with the Champions leading, 6-1. Rockland-Trois-Rivieres were postponed due to rain.
