A 12-hit attack pushed the Boulders past the Champions 7-4 at RCGT Park. Rockland opened the scoring in the top of the second when LF Devin Harris connected on a two-RBI double, and added two more in the third. 1B Jared Schlehuber hit a sacrifice fly to put Rockland up 3-0, and 3B Mike Fransoso (pictured) singled home another run. The lead was extended to 6-1 in the top of the fifth on a sacrifice fly from DH Marcus Nidiffer and another RBI single by Fransoso. SS Junior Arrojo’s RBI single in the sixth capped the scoring for Rockland. Elsewhere, Quebec beat Trois-Rivieres 7-0.
