BOULDERS' MCDONALD SETS ALL-TIME MINOR LEAGUE RECORD

With a leadoff walk in the bottom of the first inning of Thursday night’s contest, Rockland Boulders outfielder Jared McDonald reached base safely for the 75th consecutive regular season game, setting a new all-time minor league record. McDonald’s impressive streak began on July 1st, 2015 and continued throughout the remainder of the regular season. He picked up right where he left off this year, reaching base safely in each of the team’s first 14 games of the year.
