Rockland starting pitcher David Fischer (pictured) tossed a complete game shutout in the first game of Monday’s doubleheader with Trois-Rivieres, paving the way for an 11-0 win. And in the second game, The Aigles responded with an 11-0 win of their own in the night cap. Starting pitcher Edilson Alvarez earned the win for working six innings and allowing just four hits while striking out eight batters in the night game.Elsewhere, New Jersey edged Quebec 3-1.
