Ottawa’s SS Daniel Bick (pictured) came up with a game-changing two-RBI double in the bottom of the seventh inning and it was the difference maker as the Champions edged the Trois-Riveries Aigles 4-3. The Champions entered the seventh trailing 3-2 because of a solo shot from RF Javier Herrera in the first inning and a two-run single from CF Steve Brown in the third. But in the seventh, CF Sebastien Boucher led off with a single and C Daniel Grauer reached on a fielder’s choice two batters later and they both scored when Bick doubled.Elsewhere, New Jersey held off Rockland 9-8, Quebec topped Shikoku Island 11-3 and the Cuban National Team beat Sussex County 4-2.
