Singles by 3B Alexander Ayala and 1B Daniel Mateo (pictured) plated two runs for Trois-Rivieres in the 12th inning as the Aigles outlasted New Jersey in a wild affair, 9-8. The Jackals had a 4-2 lead through seven innings before Trois-Rivieres tallied three in the eighth to go ahead, 5-4. New Jersey added a run in bottom of the frame to tie it at 5-5 and force extras. Each team scored two runs in the 11th to make it 7-7 before the Aigles tallied the pair of runs in the 12th to secure the win. Elsewhere, Ottawa beat Sussex County, 3-2 and Quebec edged past Rockland in 10 innings, 6-5.
