C Cody Kuzniczci (pictured) blasted a three-run home run in the bottom of the fourth inning and that proved to be the difference as the Trois-Rivieres Aigles beat the New Jersey Jackals 4-2. The Jackals built an early lead behind a first-inning RBI single from DH Brian Burgamy and an RBI single from 1B Conrad Gregor in the second. But in the third, 3B Daniel Mateo put the Aigles on the scoreboard with a solo home run, his sixth of the year. In the fourth, Kuzniczci plated RF Brenden Webb and DH Trevor Gretzky to take the lead for good.Elsewhere, Ottawa beat Sussex County 7-2 and Rockland outlasted Quebec 13-9.
