2019 CAN-AM LEAGUE ALL-STAR TEAM UNVEILED

Dayton, Ohio — The Can-Am League’s 2019 postseason all-stars were unveiled Saturday, as selected via a poll of league managers and media members. Five of the six league members had selections, with Trois-Rivières, Sussex County and New Jersey notching three each. Catcher: Anthony Hermelyn, Trois-Rivières. In his second season with the Aigles, Hermelyn was consistent both behind the plate and at bat, hitting .261 with 18 doubles, 9 homers and 40 RBI to help the Aigles to their best record in club history. First Base: Audy Ciriaco, Sussex County. Ciriaco was named the league’s top first baseman for the second season in a row, currently first in the league with 113 hits, second with a .328 batting average and 69 RBI, and fourth with 25 doubles.
