A strong weather system moved through a large portion of the Midwest on Thursday night, allowing for only two games to be played as scheduled. Chicago 5 Fargo-Moorhead 1 A pair of early solo home runs and a quality start led the Dogs (5-4) to a 5-1 win over the RedHawks (5-4) on Thursday night at Newman Outdoor Field. Danny Mars homered in the first to open the scoring and Johnny Adams broke a 1-1 tie in the fourth inning with a solo shot of his own before Chicago scored three runs, all on wild pitches, in the eighth inning to add to the lead.
